App store won't open and Cortana doesn't work and the app tab thing doesn't open. How can I fix this all?

App store wont open and cortana doesnt work and the app tab thing doesnt open

Ok so when i try and open the store it says

There's a problem with @{Microsoft.WindowsStore_2015.8.3._X64_8wekyb3d8bbwe?ms- resource://Microsof.windwsStore/Resources/StoreTile). Contact your system administrator about repairing or reinstalling it.

and when i click on Cortana or say "Hey Cortana" Nothing happens and when i click the windows button in the bottom left nothing opens nor when i click the windows button on my keyboard. can someone please help me. Thank you

There have been a couple of update packages since the release of window 10, one today, have you download them all?

Is there a fix to this? Mine just started happening two days ago. I am so frustrated!!!
