App Stuck @ 'Pending'

Suddenly there's a "Tweet It! for Windows" sitting in my Apps list with "Pending" beneath it. Cannot uninstall it as the option is greyed out. Above this is "Tweet It!" app which which works fine. Methinks there's a bug with Tweet It! from the Windows Store for mobile.

I'm experiencing the same issue on my lumia 640 with all the apps i downloaded :

-whatsapp
-messenger (fb)
-minecraft PE
-Uber
etc...
