for example after i make an app studio app,how can i make it public so anyone can install it without i need to add his email etc?

This cost a few bucks-which i cannot afford, can't i post it somewhere free but only who have a link for it can access it?

Your screen name being Nokia Boy suggests to me that you are probably still a student. If that is the case you can register with Microsoft's DreamSpark program, which is free for students, and includes registration to both the Windows and Windows Phone developer hubs, where you can publish your apps.

The DreamSpark doesnt include my school and they didnt give me a student ID card so i cant verify my account,my school haves a email with the domain @schools.ac.cy,where should i use that?

Click on the FAQ link at the top right. The answer is there.

Did you try?
Go to the DreamSpark page I linked above, click FAQ in the upper right corner.

Click Student. Click Getting Verified. Click What if my school does not provide an email address?

If that doesn't help enough, click I can’t seem to get verified, how do I get help? and then click customer service
