App suggestion for tracking battery charging rate?

I'm looking for an app on ATT Lumia 950 that can do the following:

1) show charging wattage/current when plugged in (say if plugged into OEM charger it can say 15w/10w/3A/2A, if plugged into old wimpy random charger it can say 2.5w/500mA, sth like that)
2) prevents 950 from screen timeout (I think the max screen timeout is 30min? 920 had always-on)
3) show discharging rate (not as important as 1)

The one I know shows as a percentage in charging. It also shows discharging as a percentage (eg 1.5% per hour)
