App to add driving mode to action center?

Hello! I've tried searching the forums for related posts with little luck. I would REALLY like to add driving mode to the action center, but it doesn't show up on the list of available things to choose from. Is there any app out there, or does anyone know if someone is working on an app, that will allow me to do this?

Nothing we can really do as of now. similarly, many are asking for a cellular data toggle.
