I fixed the pending apps logjam by disallowing several apps from running in the background.

I've had problems for a few months with apps pending on my Nokia Lumia 630 (Cyan). I've soft reset, doesn't help and hard reset - works for a short while then apps start pending again. What apps did you stop from running and how do I stop them?

Dandoyle2 are your apps on a SD card and if so which class is it. Class 4 cards can cause pending. Class 10 will not cause pending.
And also not enough storage space may cause pending
