Applications installation problem in WP8.1(Developer Preview)

Hi,

I am not able install some of the applications from the stores few apps are mentioned below..

I am using L820 with 8.1 Developer Preview enabled..

Kindly suggest the solution to this problem..

Facebook Beta (attached screenshot)
Evernote
Bing News
Nokia Smart Cam

Actions done by me: Phone Soft reset and also resetting done from settings>>about>>reset your phone still the problem exists.

You may want to re-enter your Microsoft account user and password again or try a home wifi router reset.
