Apps and Metro

Kinda confused on how the whole Phone Market - Metro | PC - Phone works out.

With the Windows Shared Core, does anyone know the Phone apps will become simiply Metro Apps? Or is the Window 8 phone store seperate from the Metro store?


Note, I've never owned a smart phone, but I've been using Windows 8 for a while now.

No they are different. But developers can port apps fro. W8 to wp8 very easily. From 3 days of work. So you'll expect a lot of apps here. But join wp8 man. And yes they are simply metro apps
