Apps crashing !

I installed wp8.1 on my L820 and its working perfectly apart from some apps crashing !!

Apps like VOLUME ADJUST and LOCK aren't working anymore !!

Is it crashing for u too ??
And btw is it normal for cortana to return bing search many a times I ask her Qs ?

I haven't tried those apps. Yes it's normal for cortana to return to bing search(but that bing search is opened itself in cortana )when you ask a odd question which she does not have an answer yet (she is still in beta and learning ).

And lastly have we lost the ability to get live MUSIC and Xbox tiles ??

And what's the use of Xbox videos ?
AFAIK its only fort people residing in US

Yes both the apps are useless , I am using Nokia mix radio :/
