APPS For video broadcasting/streaming?

Hi everyone, I'm new here.

I am searching for a way to deliver a video feed, from the win8 phone camera, back to our video editing devices.
Preferably using standard protocols like RTMP or HLS, without too much delay.

Do you guys know of any apps capable of this?

I'm currently using skype or google hangouts for this, but the video quality does not meet our requirements.

I haven't heard an app that's around on WP that will let you do this. You can project your screen using the Beamer app, but it's not a 'live' feed and will vary depending on your connection type.
