Apps I bought not working on windows mobile 10

I'm on a Lumia 1020, and for about 2 weeks now my apps are all slowly starting to either not work or they're just not in the full version mode that I've paid for. I've also got a bunch of apps in the store that are trying to update but stuck in "pending", I know some people have had this issue in the windows 10 store on PC.


Pretty frustrating and I haven't seen anyone else with this issue so I figured it's time to reach out.

I'm also having the same problem on w10m that some paid apps say I don't own them but when resetting to wp8.1 it goes back to me owning them.
Might have to do with the apps apis for wp 8.1 that's my best guess though
