Apps purchased on Hotmail acct

I used my hotmail.com account on all of my previous WP phones and purchased several apps. I took a break from WP for a while and now that I'm back with my 1520 I'm using my outlook.com account. Is there any way to move my purchased apps from my hotmail account to my outlook.com?? I really want to use Rowi on the 1520 but don't want to pay for it again.

I emailed Rowi and asked if they could help. They said NO. They suggested that I continue to use the official Twitter app as they had hit the 100,000 user limit imposed by Twitter.
