Apps running in background with activ energy saver

I have problems finding the settings to determine which application is allowed to run in background though the energy saver is turned on.
Would be nice if someone could just tell me where it is. Thank you!

In Settings, Battery, Show apps per use, each app will show its status and tapping on it you can change (Always allowed, Windows managed, Never allowed)

another way is settings >privacy > background apps :smile:

This one was not exactly what I needed. I don't know why, but there I can only turn that on and off.

I have no idea why they have those two different implementations...
