Apps running in Background

Is there a way on WM10 to easily manage which apps are allowed to run in the background? It seemed easier to find on 8.

Yeah it's pretty simple.
Just go to Settings and type in "apps" in the search bar up top. Or "background apps." It'll pop up.
If you want the exact location, it's under Settings>Privacy>Background apps. It's near the bottom.
