Apps Uninstallable From the Marketplace?

I have a Lumia 822 and was trying to install TuneIn radio and LivingSocial, but to even find them in the marketplace I had to search via web browser. Once found they said my device wasn't supported. Is it because they haven't received and update since wp8 came out? I though these were all suppose to work on our devices. Anyone else experiencing similar issues?

Some apps haven't been yet updated to support WP8 (not all apps need an update mind you). TuneIn Radio isn't WP8 compatible (yet).
