Arabic keyboard added after reboot?

I was using WP8 developer review and reverted to WP8 in order to install Cyan. Ever since I updated to Cyan, when rebooting the phone, Arabic keyboard is added automatically. Phone is CV GB, set to US region for Cortana with English keyboard.

Any ideas?

If you don't use Arabic, can you go into Settings>Keyboard and then long press on the Arabic and remove it?

I have the same annoying bug with my lumia 1520.. every time I reboot the phone Arabic keyboard is added to my keyboards.. I've tried deleting it couple of times.. hard rest twice and also I changed my account pass just in case.. I only found one mention on that bug here but no where else.. also tried contacting support but they came up with nothing until now.. here's a video that shows the bug http: // youtu.be /PCFmStUTN3Y
