Are there any alternatives to the Windows Phone App for Mac Users to sync their iTunes/music?

The app has not been working for me at all recently. It takes forever to load, as in 2 days for 2.5K songs (and really there are only a few new songs since the last update). I don't know what happened. Is there an alternative?

I am also looking for a way to sync itunes on my mac to my windows cell phone. Microsoft's app Windows Phone for mac doesnt sync wav files and even fails to sync mp3 properly..
