Wpcentral is one of them lol.

I'm not sure if there are any apps like that, I just use the 'new and rising' section in the store.

There was one called WP7AppList that listed apps in the order of release starting with the newest. This app is still available but hasn't been updated in a couple years. Was a nice little app that I used all the time but after WP 7.5 it started getting buggy and with WP 8 I finally gave up on it. I have yet to find one that works like this one did. I think this would be a great idea for a developer to pick up on and do something with.

Spotlight is one app which gives a list of 10-20 apps everyday.
