There is no inherent problems of the model.

As with any phone there are chances of getting a defective model or there are tendencies to have certain issues over others, but nothing I would worry about.
Because if one did, one would never buy a phone.

I have owned one for 4 months now and have no issues. Nice phone with a good screen, expandable storage and decent if not stellar performance. Build quality is very solid. Not much to complain about given the price. I would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap large screen device.

i have 640 xl dual sim lte for 3 months now. no issues found yet. installed the latest windows 10 phone firmware. all working fine
