Are there any solutions to fix the back speaker on the Lumia 928?

Any solutions to fix the back speaker on the Lumia 928

The back speaker on my phone can't hold the volume I set it at most of the time unless I pinch the bottom of the phone. Any suggestions to fix it or should I just get a new phone? Also, are there any phones that work on Verizon that are like the BLU Phones?

Is it still under warranty? If so, you should get it replaced. Of you are looking to upgrade on Verizon, you could get the icon.
