Do these features are present in windows 10?

Please let me know if these features are present in upcoming windows 10 -

1. Background downloading.Like same as we do in the android.

2. OTG support

3. Forced 3G/4G only data network

4. New Camera App

5. Allowing apps to run in background.

6. Notification Light on Lumia 730

1. You weren't specific about what kind of background downloading so here goes,
- Apps download/update in the background and so does the music and videos bought from the windows store.
- Most files from the browser are downloaded in the background, although there is no dedicated downloads hub to see them in one place like on android, you always get to choose where to save the file before the download begins.

2. No OTG support. Atleast for all the models I have used (800>520>720>630>640xl).

3. Yes it does allow you to choose your preferred data network mode either in '3g/4g only' and '2g only' or both.

4. Actually it does have a new camera app called 'Microsoft Camera'.

5. Apps do run in the background quite brilliantly and in real time unlike in IOS, not sure about android.

6. Lumia 730 has glance screen which is actually much better than notification lights, displaying useful info such a time, date, weather and notifications with little to no toll on battery life simply by pulling out your device from your pocket.

I mean background downloading as in android we do downloading a file (say 1 GB movie) on UC browser and when we minimize the UC browser and run another app say (FIFA 15) the downloading remain progressing in the background.Do this feature come in windows phone?

And does games keeps running when we do minimize them?

Not tried to download a full blown movie, but songs etc download just fine and "in the background". Yeah and games do pause when you press the start key and reopen from where you left them when you select them from the multitasking carousel.
