[ASK][HELP] Nokia Lumia 920 can connect with wifi but now Mobile network

Guys, so recently i had bought a Nokia Lumia 920, i can browse the internet with the wifi, but i can't connect using the data network, it work sometimes but most of the time it says

Error : Cannot Find server or DNS Error

can somebody please solve this issue? i have googled this but it's no help
