I have an AT&T 1520 running the official version of 8.1 (not DP) but when I check for an update it says I'm current. What am I missing? Shouldn't the new update be available to me?

Not yet because only people on the DP are getting I now.

Oh, I'm registered in the DP program and was using the DP version b4 the official version came out. If I DL the DP app again will I get the update?

download it and set it up again and voila! you should be good to go
