AT&T Account imported from Microsoft? wtf is this?

I have not AT&T account, yet in my Lumia 1520 wallet app, there is an AT&T icon that when I click over it says that was imported from my Microsoft Account... But I do not own any AT&T account but I have a locked AT&T phone that I use with H20 wireless.

I have the same thing when I try to make a purchase at the app store. It asks if I want to put it on my carrier bill.

Mine says the exact same thing but substitute AT&T with Rogers. It just is another way of buying apps - they put the purchases on your cell bill if you want. You don't have to use it if you don't want.

I know that I don't have to use it but is annoying to me.

I have that in my Lumia 810, with "T-Mobile Account" listed. I don't think it's anything to panic over; it's probably just there because your phone is an AT&T device.
