Bestbuy has a deal going on right now for the Lumia 640 for $29.99. Just thought I would share the deal. It is branded as a GoPhone but if you read the instructions in the slickdeals ad there is info on how to re flash it to T-Mobile as well.

I think they lowered it to compete with the Wal-Mart price of $29.88 that they had for a bit, but it's back to $47.99 now. Wal-Mart's price as of this post is $32.31.
