AT&T Lumia 1020 Extremely Low Volume

I'm now on my second Lumia 1020 from AT&T, and the audio volume on this phone is terrible. I have to crank the in call volume to 10 to even hear the other party, especially in somewhat noisy environments, and Bluetooth audio to 30, plus turn my car stereo or Bluetooth headset up to hear music/audiobooks. Is anyone else out there having a similar issue? I love this phone, I love the camera, I love the size, but right now it's basically useless as a phone and audio player because of this. I can't imagine I received two bad phones, but stranger things have happened.

The CALL audio on mine was terrible. I was wondering if it was something with all 1020's until I made a call on my girlfriend's 1020 which was clear and loud as can be. Might be two bad apples.
