Hi,

I have unlocked AT&T Lumia 1020, working fine on T-Mobile.
However, one feature I miss is Wi-Fi calling.
Is there any way to enable that ?

Thanks.
Regards,
Anant.

The short answer is no.

It requires the functionality baked in and only the 521 and 925 have such functionality in their T-Mobile-flavored ROM.
Making matters worse, there is no T-Mobile 1020, so you'll have to either do without or get a device with it.

I'm in the process of moving to T-Mobile. I have a 1020 as well. Guy from T-Mobile told me two days ago it would do WiFi calling. Can't really figure it out until I move though...

I'm willing to bet he was misinformed or underinformed.

After a protracted battle with AT&T (one of the reasons I left, their customer service is appalling) I finally have the phone unlocked. The first oddity is that when I'm connected to WiFi, it no longer tells me what type of cell signal (3G, 4G, LTE) I have. Not a big deal, but odd. Second, when I search "T-Mobile" in the Windows Store I'm not only missing the WiFi Calling app, I'm missing T-Mobile TV, and My Account. So my first challenge appears to be getting carrier specific apps to show up in the store... Any helpers?
