no, that is part of a firmware update.... which we are still waiting for AT&T to push out.

My guess. Microsoft is pushing this update. ATT still has the firmware push rights. So we will have to wait while ATT "test" it. ��

Odd. Ordered the phone from best buy on the 13. Delivered on the 16th. ATT sim unlock code a few hours later. Went home and received the AU update. Hard rest, inserted T-Mobile sim, restart and off and running. No backup, just contacts. Ran battery to shutdown, recharge to 100%. The phone is working well. Day and a half with moderate use on a single charge.

Edit, the update came from Microsoft.

Look under SETTING -> PERSONALIZATION -> LOCK SCREEN scroll down to bottom there and see if you have a button for it.

not on an AT&T branded 950, since AT&T hasn't pushed the firmware yet
