What is supposed to be the price for the 920 if you're already an AT&T customer, but your contract expired, and you want to upgrade with a new 2-year contract? Is it also $99? Somehow, I'm seeing $199.

Same happened to me...mine was correct when I submitted my order, then when I received the email confirmation it reverted back to the incorrect price.

I chatted with an AT&T rep, and she claimed that I'm see $199 because my rate plan is outdated. (I currently have a gazillion-year-old unlimited data plan.) She said I'd have to change my plan to see the $99. Not sure if this is true or not.

oh I'm sure it's true. Ask them to explain why the no commitment price is $499 for upgraders and $449 for non customers. Can't say rate plan cause you have no commitment to a plan at that price.

For those of you struggling with the premier account upgrade. Here is my story.

I have an iphone4 voice and data plan (not the unlimited but legacy plan with 2GB data) with ATT. Out of 2 yrs contract already. When upgrading, the 920 price is always $199 although the wireless charging plate is indeed free $0 on the checkout page.

I called customer support this morning and after wasting another hour on the phone, finally they credit my account with $100 credit and I go ahead place the order for $199.

Do try to call in. The CSR told me that it is most likely due to the legacy plan I have....

the same thing happened to me...I tried upgrading on my premier account and the price showed $199 I called CSR and the problem was I was choosing "keep current voice plan" and by doing this it was not giving me the $99 price so CSR credited my account $100 for the lumia 920 and $49 for the wireless charging pad...their site is not working properly because when i choose a new voice plan the 920 was $99. Make sure att credits your account first before you place your order for those that are having the $199 issues

i use premier for my work, when we order phones the prices are usually messed up for the service not the phone though, we always put the order in anyway and usually get the correct pricing on the bill.

This is risky though, i wouldnt want to lose my unlimited plan .

This is the first time I HAVENT had a problem ordering through premier. It usually shows a higher price. Had our account rep look into the problem and I guess they fixed it :)

I did mine this morning keeping all my existing plans (unlmtd data) and it gave me the 99$ price. I was surprised that I was able to do so as I got the L900 back in april!! So i hope all is ok. I may get it on Nov 9, but no confirmation so far.
