ATIV S - 6 weeks later.

I just got my samsung ativ s yesterday... got it 2nd hand ... im not sure if the phone is defective or the volume is really soft for this model... I had a samsung focus s before and I only put the volume for the ringer to 15/30 and it's fine, however on this model i have to put the volume up to 30/30 just to make sure I'll be able to hear if anyone is calling... >_<;

That's weird. I know some ring tones are significantly lower than others. Did you try another ring tone?

The ATIV S definitely is one of the more quiet Windows Phones out there. Both the 8X and the Lumia series are much louder.
