ATIV S in Iron Man 3?

Has anyone who has seen Iron Man 3 noticed the ATIV S being thrown by Tony Stark during his little press interview? I think Col. Rhodes also uses one later in the movie.

Yeah I saw a couple ATIV S in there. Kinda weird because it didn't seem like product placement on purpose, so why would they be using them?
