[Ativ s] Rebooting problem?

my ativ s just wint start. i turn it on and only the windows phone logo appears and then a black screen and endless vibration.
i tried to take out the sim card tnd sd-didnt help
i cant do a hard reset-its just doesnt let me for some reason
i took the phone apart and put it again-the same result
im freaking out-plz tell me there is something i can do!

It could be SD card or SIM related. Get them out and see if this helps.
