The "would you rather skip..." comment struck me as offkey. It was almost as if he were trying to encourage the onslaught of Samsung bashing comments. As Matthew noted, there is already a high-end Lumia available at Verizon.

The "would you rather skip..." comment struck me as offkey. It was almost as if he were trying to encourage the onslaught of Samsung bashing comments. As Matthew noted, there is already a high-end Lumia available at Verizon.

It certainly justifies it, for sure. Instead of putting up with complaints of people going out of their way to bash Samsung and praise Nokia, it's easier to say, "Well, we technically asked for their input."
