Att unlocked 640, anyone have w10 yet?

I tried to unlock my AT&T Go Phone 640 for Cricket, and when I put my Cricket SIM in, it just worked and I could not figure out what the procedure was to unlock it in that situation. How did you do that exactly?
You have to get it through AT&T.

Which ROM did you put? Did you follow the instructions from the other debranding related thread on this forum? They seem confusing and risky to me :(
Can't I just flash a new ROM without de-branding?

Followed guide on XDA Forums: http://forum.xda-developers.com/windows-phone-8/general/brand-att-lumia-640-lte-t3294971

All Lumia fw downloads: http://bit.ly/1SHvQxQ

My device is the att 640 LTE RM-1073 with VAR LTA 7R CV | 059X153 ROM

English isn't the default language so you will have to choose during setup. Came with update 2 and free of all carrier bloatware, Supports Upgrade advisor. Currently have redstone build 14322 on it now. Incase i need any reason to downgrade, i changed the product code so recovery tool would get the cv rom instead of at&t.

Question is simple.
Has anyone received the OTA Windows 10 Phone upgrade via AT&T without getting it via the Insider Program in the US so far yet?

Answer is even simpler.
No.

Go to forums.att.com -> search for something like "lumia 640 windows 10" and browse through the posts.

First off, Cricket allows AT&T locked (including GoPhones) and GSM unlocked phones. It's AT&T's network. My locked 920 works great on Cricket, as does my unlocked GoPhone 640. You don't need to unlock an AT&T phone for Cricket (convenient, imho). Second, to access the unlock screen, open the dialer and type ##7820#

That's fantastic. Thank you very much for that. My phone is now unlocked.
