Attention Required - Microsoft Account & dub-m.hotmail.com - Outlook Error

Hi everyone,

I am using Nokia Lumia 920, Windows Phone 8. When trying to sync Microsoft account, gives the following error message:

Outlook error
Last updated XX hours ago.
We're having a problem connecting to dub-m.hotmail.com. Contact a support person or your service provider.
Last tried XX minutes ago
Error code: 86000C09

How Can I fix that? I searched to the same problem on internet. I found samething, but it's not work!

How Can I remove microsoft account? There aren't no options on menu for remove, just sync :/
 
To remove the Microsoft account you will need to format your phone eg. reset it to the factory settings and lose all the information(pictures,videos,music...).
To reset it: go to settings>about and there is the button for resetting
 
do this - go to messaging settings and turn off SMS and chat backup. Then try to sync, if that works let us know!

I don't want to do reset. Because I try it and my phone is not installed again. So I gave the phone to warranty. :/ I dont want to try againg!

I am sorry to hear it. This was my suggestion. Good luck fixing this issue :)
 
Try deleting the contact shown on you 2nd screen shot on both the device and server.
 
I was having this problem. I deleted the google account and re-synced the microsoft account. To delete, just hold on the desired icon and an option box will come up asking if you want to sync or delete...Hope this helps.
