Attention Required

Hi,

I am not able to download any app or update app from store. It is showing me "Enter Microsoft Account Password". I forgot password and this is not showing any option like forgot password. I tried to create new user using setting option. but in app user name "myemailid@live.com" is inactive, I am not able to modify user. Please suggest me what should I do.

Log into live.com with the same email address and go through the forgotten password procedure there to reset your password.
