Audio break-down after 8.1 Cyan update on Lumia 820

Hi all,



I am using Lumia 820 (code: RM-826, 059R4F3, OS: 8.10.12393.890, FIRMWARE: 3051.50009.1424.0002). After 8.1 updates I face problems in audio. There is no audio whether it's music player or phone calls. I received an update for audio and after installing it my phone had proper audio for few hours but then it's again broken. When I press the volume button, I don't see volume control bar comming down from top, earlier it was coming down with all set of volume options. As you can see in attached screenshot, the bar comes down a bit but it does not come down fully with all options. Please help me to resolve the issue at earliest as phone is completely useless without audio.

Am facing some speaker issues with my lumia 820 cyan update.speaker is making hissing sound while making a call.i am going to hard reset you also try the same.

I tried hard reset but same issue. Then I reinstalled OS using Nokia care suit but still no luck. I think this is something related to the core module which is broken and MS need to fix it.
