Audio only playing through left channel.

I've tried four different headphones that work on other devices. I've turned my phone on and off five times already. I /haven't/ done a soft or hard reset. Is there any way to fix this? Please help, as music is the primary feature I use my phone for.

This might sound real stupid but did you try changing songs? This same thing happened to me today and nothing fixed it except for changing songs

The only thing I can think of is restoring the phone or possibly the physical jack is broken

I'm not liking either of those.

Restart your phone. This happens to me all the time, and that's the only fix I've found. Give it a shot.

Soft reset. Problem solved. If you don't know how, just hold down on volume and lock until the phone vibrates and reboots
