Auto upload photos

This question may have been asked and answered, but I haven't been able to find anything through web searches. Are photos taken on a phone still automatically uploaded or is that a bug at the moment? I have it turned on in the OneDrive app, but my camera roll folder is empty.

In Windows Phone 8.1, if you go to the photos + camera app, under Auto Upload section, you can turn on OneDrive upload.
I haven't personally tried it on my Windows Phone, but I have it turned on in my Windows RT tablet, and it works.

Go to camera settings -> OneDrive Update option -> Select photos, (and Video if you want, better not), and Upload with charged connection
