Automatic update to windows 10 hung on Lumia 640

An automatic update started on my phone the day I got wifi amd the update for windows 10 mobile was going on smoothly on my Lumia 640 until after 2 and a half hours when the update stuck on "Merging ur Data"(Step 18 of 22) 62% . Is it Normal ?
If it isn't ,what should I do?

how long has it been stuck? if for a few hours, can you restart the phone? Press volume down and power buttons at the same time until your phone restartsd
