Automatically answer to calls when using earphone

Lumia phones has no more the option to auto answer calls with earphone they had with symbian.
Any app to have the same behavior in Win 10? I need it when driving my motorbike.

Safer than leaving the handlebars to push the button on the microphone...
Especially with winter gloves.

Anyway, for the Italian law, it is allowed to drive with earphone (only one ear), but only if it does not require the use of the hands. So I can drive listening the phone ringing, or I have to transgress the law.
Or can I set the DND mode, that is the same of turning off the phone.
I'm not sure, but I think that other phones (Iphone?) have this function.

For developers: is it so hard to write a W10 application intercepting incoming calls and answering after 3 or 4 rings?

Messages? I need the automatic answer for incoming phone calls, not messages...

I needed that before, and it isn't available. Don't worry, it 's possible on Android...

I posted a similar thread long back when I first switched from a nokia Symbian phone to L820, since then I was looking for something which can serve this purpose and ultimately found a Bluetooth device from Jabra which works on voice command, when there is an incoming call just say answer , the call will be connected.
