B612 and Hike messenger is not working

[Windows Central Question]

B612 , hike and many apps are not working on my phone
when i open them they automatically closes down
B612 shows unable to use camera error and i had done reset for many times but nothing happens please give me solution for this problem
My phone is Microsoft Lumia 540 Dual sim
Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2

try a phone restart first and then check
Also check for app updates
reinstall the apps
install the apps in internal memory

Same problem on Lumia 640xl LTE WP10 & i reinstall many times but till it's not working
