Back/Home/Search Buttons

The Back, home and Search buttons on the bottom of my HTC Titan windows phone are not functioning. Any solution? Somehow I believe the problem is software related...

Hold the power button for about 30 seconds, force phone to restart, it should work again. If it doesn't go to settings, factory reset the phone.

I did a factory reset, it does not seem to work

When the phone is first reset, try to not do anything else but to swipe to the applications list and remove Connection Setup. You'll know the phone is responding again when the Welcome text comes through for Windows Phone.

Wow, yes! After a factory reset you set up Wi-Fi and then just wait for the first welcome message. Once the welcome message is there, all buttons work again. Brilliant!
