Background tasks not working after Update 1

What I noticed after 3-4 days use of Update 1 is many of my Live tiles have stopped working. Weather, Insider pro, News, 627.AM to name few. Even my emails are not getting synced. Have to sync manually every time Did Soft reset, but no luck.. Anybody facing similar issues?

Did you check Battery Saver? I was shocked to see that it actually disabled a lot of my background tasks after I updated.

Started working after couple of hours after soft reset.. I panicked too early I guess
