Backordered Status?

WHere are you checking the order status? I have been checking over at the wireless.att.com/order_status but I don't see the Pre-Order with checkmark status.

Thats because he ordered through a premier account. We, who ordered from a premier account, go to a different website to check our order status. even our conformation email was different plus we got a one-day shipping for free but i suppose everyones going to get it on the same day.

Hm. I just noticed my shipping date got updated again. Now says 4/3. Previously, it always read 3/31 until the "attention" checkbox went away and was replaced with the "pre-order" one. Still expecting it to ship out on Thursday (when I ordered it said free FedEx overnight), but with all these reviews coming out now, sure would be nice to get it even earlier.

Doesn't work for me. That link just says incorrect order number when I try.

Oddly enough, my order doesn't show up in my orders on my account either. It only shows up in the standard orderstatus link via the email I got.

-Non-premier who ordered in store. I'm still stuck at no-ship-date, In Progress backorder

mines still stuck at 3/31?? i assume its going to ship tomorrow and ill get it on thursday

Anyone getting shipment notifications? I ordered at 12:30 CST in store on the 30th and I am still showing backorder status today. So I am betting this thing is not getting delivered till the actual launch day or the day after. Unless they will be overnighting them, which I doubt.

Bummer....

I wonder why so many of us were told we would get it Friday?

the shipping date on my order status has changed to today, 04/04/12. Hopefully that'll be the case. preordered yesterday morning...

I just call the at&t costumer service and they said it would be shipped on Monday. And WE will received it 2 Business days afterwards..

SHOOT!

Eh, there have been so many different answers by so many different people, I wouldn't put too much stock in that if I were you. When I ordered, it was stated in several places that I would recieve it on the 6th or earlier, including my confirmation email, so I have more faith in that.

Either way though, I still plan on taking everything with a grain of salt until I have a tracking number.

Anyone who ordered early Friday I don't think has anything to worry about. If you waited until the past couple of days, I would be concerned about getting it on the 6th. I am not sure how AT&T manages their inventory, but they may not have a limit on pre-orders that can be made, but will likely have a limit on pre-order inventory. Still no change on my status either.

I ordered mine on the 30th in a store. Got an email immediately stating 3 to 5 business days it will ship. On the 31st followed by the back-ordered email. Still shows back ordered. I don't think I'll be getting it on the 6th.

I am already regretting moving to AT&T. Their customer service SUX. I've them numerous times trying to check on the status of my order. Either they are not able to locate my order since it's ordered in-store or they give me the same info that I already see in the status of the email link.

That has nothing to do with customer service. When something is on back order there is no way to approximate shipping. You knew what you were getting into when you pre ordered. Stop being a Nancy and blaming At&t for your impatience

First of all, I've ordered this on the 1st day of the Pre-Order and while I was placing the order, it was NO WHERE indicated to me either on the web site or ATT rep that the product is not available anymore and it back ordered. They should know their inventory and their systems. That is AT&T. I was communicated about the back order via an automated email that does not give me any indication of when it's availability or shipping info. So when I call up ATT sales or customer support or Product Specialist, etc, etc, etc (a zillion other places they've transferred me to) no one had any clue what that email meant and could locate my order. And this is AT&T Exclusive product with a massive launch planned and they do not even have any clue to respond to the customer pre-ordered product questions.

And you think I'm being a Nancy...

yeah...

I probably will just waiting for an email that have my tracking#. I'm pretty sure it will arrive on wednesday next week.

alright guys. i got some good news. i talked to three different at&t reps (two supervisors) and all of them told me that whoever pre-ordered lumia 900 will get it on 6th (everyones getting overnight shipping via fedex). emails with tracking numbers soon to go out later this evening/tonight. and again everyone who pre-ordered this phone WILL GET it on the 6th of april!!
