From the moment I had my Windows 8.1 phone (Prestigio DUO 8500) I have tried to make complete backups of settings and apps. However, the backup of the settings has never been completed. It always stops at 99%. Of course, I put the backup facility on, both for settings and for apps. Unfortunately, Windows still reports that no complete backups have been made. What can be the cause of this, and what can I do about it?
