bad battery

my phone uses alot of power, 1h music via mp3 player is 30% gone from the fully charged battery..

exampel: no apps,gps,wifi,BT and so on, all off, and screen dark with no glance with sync for mail every 15 min..and the phone goes from 39 % when i go to sleep to be completly dead when i wake up 5 hours later.

can i get the battery changed via warrenty at a nokia service place?

Yes, they will check it and maybe change the battery for you at the Nokia Service Center. You will lose your data like your apps and games though.
