Are you having a problem in your browser that won't let you open the Microsoft Store website???

You say you are using Windows 8.1. What Browser? What country are you in so we can know which version of Store you are trying to open?

Or is it the Store App on your Lumia? Which Lumia?

Is your date and time correct for your location? Can your Microsoft Account sync?
