Band 2 counting steps down

Yes... believe it or not on few times have seen my band deleting steps.

For example imagine I have 6474 steps already registered on the mobile health app (android) so if I get the band to forced synchronise, on few times I have seen steps count going down.. eg 6100.

As you know to earn steps with Band 2 itself is a harder job and to loose the hard earned steps...??

Not seen this one myself but will be interested if it happens again.

Counting steps on the Band 2 is really hard as you say. It also doesn't always count them when you are walking.

Thanks for the reply, strangely it happened again today, my rough recollection, it deleted around 800 steps.
