Just what it says, my Band 2 is no longer detecting my heart rate. I tried cleaning the sensor, restarting, still nothing. Anyone else with a similar problem?

A person with the same issue went to get a replacement - maybe you can try that if it is under warranty?

This two days my band 2 my heart rate is no longer detected . I tried to reboot or factory settings , still nothing.
